Moth suggested over on IU that from his sources Disney hasn't quite secured the full Marvel rights and Simpsons and Zootopia have been passed on. So to him, he feels what Disney has in mind for AC is a Bluey land since they secured the theme park rights.

FWIW, the 2029 opening date has been scrubbed from the Pixar announcement and the Disney press release no longer has it either. Hopefully at Destination D23 we get official timelines for Avengers and Coco.

I would much rather it be Marvel than Zootopia. A Marvel land would bring balance to the attraction roster at DHS. Since the park is trackless rided out, the Infinity Defense ride system would be a breath of fresh air.

To me it seems like an animation courtyard replacement is being fast tracked but won't get any mention until Destination D23. Some are suggesting it might be Marvel. If that was the case, wouldn't word have gotten out they got the rights back from Universal?

I'm of the impression that if MSHI goes, Wicked should replace it. Wicked fits the best in IOA as they aren't going to add a new new land to EU once the existing expansion pads of the current lands are filled, and they are probably keeping LC open in the event they figure out Zelda.
