I like it. It's very epic, is longer than most rides, has live character/actors interacting with the guests, lots of actual pyro, the impressive water tunnel, and looks really cool from the outside. The end has outdated CGI, but other than that I think it is great.

Was this a civil case? If so, I guess you are right. If it wasn't a civil case, then Disney's lawyers aren't involved. It would be the government's lawyers.

One might see that as a way to bring Mickey and Minnie back to the spotlight. Many are pointing out that then problem is that only kids seem to be attached to Mickey and Minnie, whereas (historically speaking) they are meant to be for all ages.

I highly doubt a trespasser on WDW property would get any payout. WDW has a team of lawyers to defend themselves, plus the injured party would have a pretty steep hill to climb in proving that WDW did anything wrong.

They don't really need to *remove* the screens, per se. They could just turn them off. That would be good enough for me.

I agree it had nothing to do with Survivor. And I didn't especially like it either. She seems very thin-skinned. Everything bothered her and she couldn't even suggest someone to vote for. That said, someone really should have checked on her while she was kneeling down and bleeding from her hand.

The trend seems to be to vote out the "good" players first and fast, keeping the "poor" or "awkward" players around because they are "goats" who don't really have a chance to win at the end. This is why, I think, the show keeps doing things to let players get back in to the game once they have...
