Fantasyland expansion a go - CONFIRMED

I understand concerns about too many Meet & Greets, something that I never spend time at, but these are not typical ones. The best part of this expansion is the theming, and in my opinion that's the best part of going to Magic Kingdom in the first place. It looks rich, detailed and creative. MK...

Best place to watch Wishes...besides Main Street

The balcony of Main Street Station is pretty good. And the roof of the Contemporary is an experience... different but good.

    free admission?

Depending on what type of Cast Member they are, they will only be able to get a certain number of free passes per year. Each employee gets a pass (Blue Pass, Silver Pass, etc.) depending on rank, and each allows a different number of free guests.

sell your favorite resort to me...

Couldn't have said it better myself. Unless your favorite park is MK however, then I'd say Grand Floridian or Contemporary. To be honest you can't go wrong with any of them. Swan and Dolphin tend to be cheaper though, and are in a great area.

    Segway Tour at Epcot

After reading all these, I really wanna try it. What exactly is so amazing about it??

Theme Park Insider best ride in north america tournament

Apples to oranges is right, they are totally different rides. But in my opinion, any ride at Cedar Point is just that... a ride. Cheap thrills, fun for 45 seconds but very forgettable. Tower of Terror is an experience, even standing in line.

"Nice" places to eat at the World?

The Swan and Dolphin have some pretty nice restaurants too. Shula's, Bluezoo, Il Mulino, etc. And it's a good chance to walk around the Epcot resort area.

    Bars at Restaurants

    True, my mistake.

    Bars at Restaurants

It's interesting that not one restaurant in the parks has a bar, but so many do at resorts. I wonder what the reason is.

    Walking from DHS to Epcot?

I would definitely allow for more than 20 minutes. I would say about 40.

    Bars at Restaurants

Thanks guys. I am definitely checking out the Wave, I have never seen it before. I know of a few resort restaurants that have bars (Cali. Grill, Citricos, Kimonos, Il Mulino, etc.), but I'm not finding much information on restaurants in the parks, specifically Epcot. I'm most curious about...

    AA Remy in France

I agree. Last time I was in WDW, there was literally NO sign of anything Ratatouille-related, so hopefully this is permanent.

    Bars at Restaurants

Does anybody have a list of all the restaurants in WDW (specifically Epcot and Epcot Resort Area) that have bars included inside the restaurant? I am going on a solo trip and prefer eating at bars, it's faster and I don't have to hog a whole table. Thanks.

Universe of Energy just became that much more dated

I rode UOE on my last trip after not seeing it for years, and it was not as bad people make it seem. I actually really enjoyed it, and so did my family. At least it's still somewhat educational, even if it's dated. I'd take it over Test Track or Mission Space any day.

wheres 'your' spot in the parks?

My favorite spot is in World Showcase... The area in France where you can look out at the International Gateway/Epcot resorts, then turn around and see a nice view of World Showcase.

    Boardwalk Studio??

Hi everyone, would just like a little advice. I have an opportunity to stay at a Boardwalk regular room OR a Boardwalk Studio for the same price. Is one better than the other, location-wise? Has anyone stayed in a studio? How are the views? I was told the standard rooms are bigger, but lack...

Thanks a lot for your help, I appreciate it. I was actually looking into going that week so I can check out the Food & Wine Festival. So crowds are light even over Halloween? Any special festivities besides MNSSHP?

What is going on with prices & availability??

Thanks for the info everyone, appreciate it. I usually book a few months in advance, but either way I just don't want to fight the crowds. It looks like I will be going for the Food & Wine Festival this fall, so hopefully I can get a better deal then.
