    Pools at other resorts

As long as you don't mind a little thing like breaking the rules get in your way, then this is okey dokey.:cautious: And I'm sure the people that pay to stay at POFQ don't mine that the one pool they have at that resort gets used by other guests.

    Housekeeping

The statement was that assistance dogs can stay in any room. I'm fairly certain that means service dogs. Though Assistance dogs, and any dogs are now allowed at certain resorts.

    Odds of switching room type

Ask at check in. If they can at all meet your new request, they will. I've had luck with booking one type of room and getting another at check in.

    Housekeeping

Why shouldn't they? As noted, if you have an allergy ask for a deep cleaning of any Disney room you wish to stay in.

    Best Resorts

I have found my home at the Swan. Sure, you have to pay to get there from the airport, but it is still much cheaper than the Disney boardwalk area resorts. And I love being a short boat ride/walk away from both Epcot and the Disney Studios. And having a 24/7 quick service across at the...

    Very Un-Disney Restaurant Policies

I don't agree. It is up to the guest to turn in those credits as a substitute payment. Even if they are electronic, if the system can't grab the credits, then the guest needs to pay another way.

    Very Un-Disney Restaurant Policies

Because technology glitches all of the time in the real world, and Disney World is no different. Registers crash, web sites go down, airports have shut downs. As an adult one should always plan for a bit of What If. I've been on more than one trip where a store has had register issues, and...

Best Disney resort for our family, need help

Going thru Special Services is the best way to get connecting rooms. Otherwise they are just a request, and you won't know until you get there if you have them or not.

    Very Un-Disney Restaurant Policies

I totally agree. But guests can only expect a CM to do what the system will allow them to do. I do agree the system needs a lot of work.

    Very Un-Disney Restaurant Policies

Well the system shouldn't have glitched, and yet it did. Life isn't perfect. And anyone who expects things to run perfectly 100% of the time is setting themselves up for huge disappointments. People really need to learn how to deal with problems with a bit of grace.

    Rain ponchos

I tried using dollar store ponchos one trip and ended up buying Disney ones. The dollar store ones are only good for a very light rain. A heavy downpour or an all day rain? You need better ponchos.

    MK after Early Morning Magic

Is it a truly bad idea to hit the Magic Kingdom if we are not going to be there for Early Morning Magic? I'm trying to plan out park days for a short trip, and that is the day that works with the rest of my plan. Will it be horribly busy?

    Disney mom panel

I would never trust their answers for something important. Disney does not fact check them.

Best Disney resort for our family, need help

I think what you want is connecting rooms. Rooms with the inside door between them? You should get ahold of Special Needs Booking. Otherwise any sort of room request for location for connecting or adjoining(rooms simply near each other) rooms will be a request only, and not guaranteed. The...

    Room with three beds?

All Star Music and Art of Animation have suites that have 3 separate sleeping surfaces. One is a regular bed, the others are fold downs or fold outs. But large enough to sleep an adult.

    Caribbean Beach Resort-Pirate Room

They themed those rooms because no one wanted to be out there. I wouldn't stay in one unless I had a car and was ok with driving up to the main area.

    Parking Contemporary

Usually if you have a dinner reservation you can park for free for the duration of your meal. No need to valet.

Is this the new standard and am I the only one who sees it?

Heck I work retail and if I wanted another part time job, there are other places that I cannot work at. No one viewed as a competitor.

    Caribbean vs Art of Animation

If those 2 things are you main worry, I would go with CBR. However, CBR is my least favorite of the moderates, so I would go with any other moderate. If you think you might hit Disney Springs (and it's awesome Lego store) go with either POR or POFQ. CSR would be my choice if you plan on...
