This might be another one of Iger's ways to change and improve Disney's creative culture that deteriorated over the last couple of years. This was the same reason why Iger acquired Pixar (i.e. to bring Pixar's creative magic and team into Disney)

I agree that allowing high end guests to do more than those in value resorts is not the way to go. I do feel that the best change they could make is only allowing those in EVERY resort on property and I would go so far as to say also AP holders to be the only ones that can use FP is the best...
