I know about Tink's landing spot, but I wonder if fireworks viewing on the roof of the Terrace could be feasible with some work. Then you could enclose the restaurant on the lower level and leave the upper level open for viewing.
Having never been to Universal while this stage is being used, was/is Rip Ride Rockit open when there are performers on the stage? Can't imagine a band would like playing when you have screams coming from the coaster right behind them.
I wonder if the "World of Motion" nods will be mostly in the queue. Let the queue tell the story of World of Motion and it's history lesson on transportation...and then we hop on the ride vehicle and the scenes are just slight nods.
