Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

So maybe they can open a 'Amsterdam' pavillion at Epcot and start a Smoke around the World thing. LOL

2014 Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party dates and tickets now on sale

Could you get away with it?...probably. Pack your costume and change in a bathroom at like 2pm, sure. But really, who wants to walk around in the afternoon heat and rain in a costume? Unless your one of these women that do the 'sexy princess' outfit well...I'm all for THAT! lol

2014 Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party dates and tickets now on sale

My experience is if your using the Halloween ticket to get in, they will start admitting those people at 4pm and you can be in costumes. If you want to get in earlier than 4, you need a regular ticket or annual pass and I do not believe you can be in costume. No different than if you wanted to...

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

But even in the states that have legalized it for recreational use, I don't believe you can smoke it in public. So it wouldn't be in issue at Disney. And Florida is trying to legalize it just for medical use which would be in your private home I believe.

New monorail operating schedule to begin on September 27

I see your point. But monorails being down is not scheduled, I was refering to scheduling. But yes, Disney transportation is a CLUSTER-you know what- at times.

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

Agreed...there is an element of common sense involved, and I think Disney figured people would have a small amount of common sense on these rules. But the bottom line is, a rule (or law) doesn't mean anything if it isn't being enforced.

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

To quote Capt Jack Sparrow...."they are more like, guidelines" LOL

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

Not sure Disney cares if people notice the rules, as long as it covers them legally for posting it, that is all they care about in the end.

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

That will never be contested due to the amount of money those tour groups bring in each year. But I agree..I can't stand it either.

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

Too bad Disney doesn't enforce THAT breaking of the law. They should at least throw them out.

Disney updates park rules and begins adding signs at park entrances

At least there is no rule yet about letting your child urinate in public. I've seen that a few times and let me say...VERY inappropriate!

New monorail operating schedule to begin on September 27

No need to keep clearifying this...just use your common sense please. They are not going to stop the Epcot monorail at 9pm if the MK happens to have an early close at 8pm (of which none are scheduled the rest of the year).
  15. TheRabbit

New monorail operating schedule to begin on September 27

No...its saying Epcot beam closes at 11pm or (if the MK is open till 11 or 12), then it will run until an hour later than the MK closing time. But never earlier than 11pm.
  16. TheRabbit

New monorail operating schedule to begin on September 27

So basically, all beams start an hour earlier than previous.

2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival

Yes, Illuminations (as well as all fireworks shows at Disney) goes on if it is raining. It costs them more to NOT shoot them off than shoot them -->straight from a fireworks technician.

Thanks. I figured something like that. Drove by and the lot was more full than normal. Oh well, the real deal starts tomorrow.
