Thanks fellow,posters for all your tips....we board a plans I Atlanta late this afternoon headed to CA. Our first day in the parks will be tomorrow. As a usual WDW traveler, I have tried to take your advice and not plan out our DL trip and it has left me in a pile of knots. Lol! So here we go...

We are planning to go to DCA on Tuesday , April 30. The EMM is for Disneyland that day. So that mean DCA opens at 10am....the Touring Plan is predicting very low crowds for DCA , something like a2.5 out of 10.... So to make sure we get Fast Passes for RRS or the chance to ride RRS , what time...

Ok, all I found on other boards concerning the Disneyland Limited Magic for next week is....the selling of Star Wars merchandise on Saturday, May 4th? Have nothing against Stars Wars...but one day of selling merchandise? No characters or anything? Surely there has to be more to the Limited Magic...

Is there another entrance to DCA other than the main entrance across from Disneyland?

Thanks Raven24 for the offer, but I think we are fine at the Sheraton Park...I believe we will see enough Disney decor at the parks, and like you stated....it is just a place to sleep....we go from opening to closing the parks! And to top it of...I get Sheraton points to work towards our next trip!

We did get Park Hoppers, but avoided Meal Plan....I read how bad it was compared to WDW ....we have always ended up with the free Dining plan at WDW

Thanks for the alive Raven24 and englanddg! You are right, I am still on the WDW power drive...just need to let go of it....we are really looking forward to our first Disneyland vacation!

No, just taking cab to hotel , plan on spending our 4 days in the parks and back to the airport on Saturday

We are staying at the Sheraton Park

Besides the price difference ..what makes staying at a Disneyland hotel worth the extra dollars? We are booked at Sheraton Anaheim but I keep second guessing myself and think we need to stay at a Disneyland hotel....any thoughts ?
