Got an update. Apparently the E:E CMs were told only the head was going to be worked on, not the motion of the entire figure.

This is interesting as other members in the know have hinted on a possibility of a big 40th celebration (lasting a couple of years, with Fantasyland Forest opening at the end - as said in the D23 magazine) with a special parade and stage show + merchandise line.
