Neither of the rides are outside so it doesn't matter what time of the day you ride it. I would say ride the rides when you can then maybe come back at night to just walk around.

I have not been there so I can't say, but it looks like there is not a lot of signs telling people where lockers are. It also appears that chairs run out fast too.

Now this just wows you. This is what I wanted to see when I walked into Pandora. I liked it but was not wow'd like I was watching these videos. This will be the premier water park at least in the state of Florida, perhaps the whole US. It looks awesome!
