its possible. I didn't take photos of it, but the glass did seem to be darker and more reflective.

It definitely does. Before, the buildings were the all one tone and it was the all the same hue as the walkways, which make everything look like a sea of concrete. The new colors make them look fresh while also blending in and adding more visual excitement to the area.

Update! The other sides are also being painted! The portion of the East building adjacent to Universe of Energy is now a dark blue. However, so far it is only one solid color, no alternating colors.

No, it didn't work great. Far from it. But yes, it worked a lot better than this.
