Was Lake Reedy LLC the previous owner of the land?

Before I fire up the movie on Disney+, figured I’d ask here as its driving me crazy! I seem to recall at some point during TFA, may have even been TLJ, there’s a line that thanks a mandalorian for something. Does anyone else recall this?

My first thought was that it would be a nice spot for the DVC golf resort that was announced years back. Tucked away, on the golf course... still would have firework views for a roof top restaurant.
