You can only renew your AP between 1 month before and 1 month after your anniversary (expiry) date. If you do renew then the expiry is 1 year from the original expiry date (rather than date of purchase). TBH though the discounted price is not worth it if you'll be losing 4 months worth of use!
Universal provides "Meal Deal" participants with a wristband and they are only allowed to get one complete meal each time they queue up. Then they offer a special all-you-can-drink cup at an additional price.
You know what though. It made life more expensive for people that visit regularly but not necessarily more than once in the same calendar year.
MYW is also insanely confusing even for a lot of regular visitors. I've had to explain it to a lot of people and it just confuses the hell out of...
It's only certain locations. I know they need a credit card for the Fantasmic dinner ones. Most of them don't need it though. When they took my CC details I did ask them what they would use them for and they said it was in case you didn't turn up/cancel. Note that if you're making the ADR while...
It used to take me longer to walk through the line system than I spent waiting to get on. It was also only for MK but to be honest it's not really needed for the other parks.
If there are 2 Fantasmic shows on one night I recommend going for the second one because you'll have a much shorter...
There's a cool place just near the order where you can eat alligator and quail. Can't remember the name of it but there was a Christian bookshop and a xmas store next door. it was just off the main highway.
My friend and his twin went to DL for their birthday while back and were to short for Indiana Jones. One got really upset and there were given free 1 day tickets (with no expiry date) and marshalled the parade.
Universal (Hollywood) were doing a buy a day get the year free thing and myself...
My #1 piece of advice (considering your son's age) is be prepared to change your plans in case he gets tired. I think a lot of people (not necessarily yourself) forget how tiring WDW can be. Equally when I was that age I used to get really frustrated by always going back to the hotels for a...
I found that I was able to receive my AP and DDE/TIW card at the DD Guest Relations. If they don't give you a discount guide for it (or you misplace it) just ask any guest relations for another one. For me the main benefit has been discounts on CS food in the hotels.
I travel halfway around the world to visit WDW and my general viewpoint is that if you're not prepared to do some queuing then don't bother going. That being said I've generally done everything enough times that it doesn't matter whether I can't do certain things on a particular trip. Fantasmic...
They've certainly been doing it a lot longer than that. When DVC first started they gave away pairs of length of stay unlimited park tickets (which covered everything except AK) for use until about 1999. Not to mention when they still had things like the Magic Kingdom Club.
Hi,
Asa non-American I was just wondering if anyone knows how busy the parks get the week of (Monday before to Monday after) Thanksgiving, in particular Thanksgiving day itself?
Apologies if this thread already exists.
I believe (thinks she's done it before) you can do that. They'll probably still need to hold one of your credit card details but you shouldn't get charged anything. (It's a standard hotel policy that they hold card details)
Often I will arrive before my parents (who have a much higher limit than me) and what we'll often do is I give them my details and then my parents phone them up and either give them their card details or pay a certain amount of money in advance.
Is it the general consensus that he'll record his own vocals for it (like others have done). I wonder if he'll contribute to the wardrobe in any way (like Reagan) and what he'll donate to the waiting area.
