They do offer Uber carseat. You can request Ubers with car seats in them, I'm facing the same dilemma for our fall trip with the almost 2 year old. but, I think we're just going to rent a car since we're doing a split Disney/ Uni stay. Good Luck!!! I've attached the link...

Thanks, Good call-out with the top floor, the floor noise is probably louder with the new floors now. Do you often get your building requests granted for the most part? I've always stayed off-site, we're taking our toddler in November so we're looking forward to the conveniences of staying onsite.

We are leaning towards getting a car, we haven't booked the room yet, I was planning on doing it this weekend though. I know that I do not want a pool room. We'll probably just do a standard room.

Halloween decorations before Labor Day though...it's a bit much IMO and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Halloween!! Will be going to the party myself this year,but in October. But, what's good for some is bad for others and what's bad for others is good for some I guess.
