Outside of the Mansion they have a cool Photopass opportunity. They have the carraige hearse set up so you are looking up at the drivers seat looking scared. When you get the photos later they have put in a ghost driving the carraige. The line for this can be long but it's definitely worth it.

Raglan Road at Downtown Disney has great live entertainment. When we went the band (excellent!) came on around 8:30. They also had a stepdancer who was pretty impressive. We watched the first set and I think we left by 10:00. Food was delicious too.

Sea World is closest, then Universal with Busch Gardens being the farthest. If you like rides then definitely go to Universal. Sea World is nice if you love the animal shows but only a few rides. They do have a new waterpark though. I would only rent a car if you were going to Busch Gardens...
