I keep reading "after you've used your first 3 fastpassses or 4pm (whichever is later), try for..." Does that mean I have to use my 3 early reservation fastpasses before I can get another one?

What are your "must haves" for fastpasses each visit? I am needing to submit my requests and am clueless on some, especially Epcot!

Gone to dad's for the weekend but according to the yearly markings on the growth chart they are probably about 4'6" & 4'2" each weighing about 45-50lbs. Tall skinny girls. Seasonal allergies.
