Possible Attraction in France pavilion (Epcot) Update - new Attraction Greenlit

Has anyone been on both Rat at Paris and Spidey at IoA? It seems to me that Rat is Disney's inferior response to Spidey, but I'd love to hear comparative reviews from someone who's been on both.

    New iCan Entertainment in Tomorrowland

https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1286193391472539&id=137391206352769 I'm hoping this link works. If it doesn't, I'm sure there will be PLENTY of footage of this in the near future. It's a third-party, so I kinda' doubt Imagineering did anything more than some localization for its new...

    Strangest Issue on an Attraction

Back when my now-fiance and I worked at MK, we had quite a few... cleaning supplies left in the robot scene of TTA, CoP dog's head falling off, CoP Dad with his neck snapped 90° to the side, JC hippo coming up headless...

Incredibles Super Dance Party to end April 30th

Technically, Guardians takes place in modern times, not in the future. Seriously, though: thank God. That thing was an earsore.

    Remnants of former attractions

Goofy's old trailer from his MGM meet and greet on Mickey Avenue (before it was Pixar Place), is now his break space at Blizzard Beach.

    Retired Attraction Effects

Maaagnificent. It's a joke in reference to a VERY old thread. Woefully esoteric.

    Maui Meet-and-Greet Character

Let's not get hung up over such minutiae.

    Maui Meet-and-Greet Character

So I guess they're just not gonna utilize the Maui character they went to the trouble of making? Seems odd, given the popularity.

Disney CMs and UPS Workers have won a lawsuit against the Union!

It's sad that Disney can't play fairly WITHOUT unions.

    What characters could come back?

Which is hilarious to me. What was told to me is that the Hilton manager is just a huge fan of Song of the South and/or Splash Mountain, so he pays for them despite the fact that everyone assumes they're Robin Hood and Baloo.

    What characters could come back?

Pirate Goofy, Sulley, Br'er Bear, and Beast with Belle. :(

    Jimmy Fallon Ride

That certainly doesn't mean the tech is dead in the water, just that Google isn't trying to market it to John Q. Public right now. I think it has GREAT potential in themed entertainment.

    Jimmy Fallon Ride

That's what I was talking about, but with a different name. I don't know why they wouldn't just call it augmented reality. Maybe a copyright deal?

    Jimmy Fallon Ride

VR or augmented reality? I would HATE to see a great physical coaster like Mummy to be COMPLETELY overrun with VR, but I would be more than happy if it were more along the lines of the Google Glass type tech I think they were messing with a couple of years ago. Not to mention, I think AR is the...

    Jimmy Fallon Ride

That struck me as odd too. It definitely blurs the line of character integrity to a new level for something that's allegedly going to be daily operations.

    DHS Aerial View

So, uh... I guess now's a good time to let y'all know that the key code to get into the Monsters, Inc. M&G break room is 213. Jeez it's weird to see that gone.

    Jimmy Fallon Ride

You just described a vast majority of DHS. Why is anyone ing and moaning about the studio parks? They have their excuse built in.

Any fantastic beasts stuff in the parks or resorts?

That'd be great to give FB some exposure in the park without sacrificing an existing attraction or potential expansion for Potter. I LOVE Potter, but too much of it would throw everything out of balance. Of course, as others have said, it'd be up to JKR to permit something like that.

    E.T Adventure ideas

The rumor I heard was that the entrance would be rerouted to be closer to Central Park, as the current entrance will be part of Nintendo Land. If they do keep it, (and I hope they do), it really could use an animatronic overhaul.

What activity at WDW is so over priced that you won't do it?

Beat me to it. Honestly, though, years ago a friend and I went down to audition and were too broke to actually enter the parks, but we had a lot of fun resort-hopping and going to Downtown Disney and the Boardwalk. Nowadays I'll go just because I still know enough folks around there to get in...
