How safe would WDW be in a tornado??

Would WDW survive a 3.0 + tornado/hurricane? Has the parks and resorts been "over-engineered" to a point where damage would be minimal? If you were at the world and a storm did arise, which park would be safest and which resort would be the best to be at? I am not bieng paranoid , just...

funny keepsakes or non traditional souvenirs

yup, i also have a bunch of those pens..i think they want you to take them. Everytime you sign a meal bill or ask for a correction, they bring back another pen. One point this year, we had a confusion on our bill due to the fact we were a multiple party, with different dining plans..anyways at...

just watched the video...wow, cheers to you. Mind you it would drive nuts me not to go in the parks. Perhaps not a bad idea for a rainy day activity..but I think I would you use my refillable mug for some sort of adult bevvie to keep me going ;)

    Disney Resorts Wifi Reliability

we were in PORFQ early march this year and we were quite pleased with the WIFI. Even thought they stated the WIFI range would limited to the pool and lobby area but even in our rooms we had a decent signal. At least it is a step up to their hard wire service from the past :)

    Adults Only!

all the resorts above are good choices but I would also suggest what time of year they should go. Spring break, Easter , summer vacation months, Christmas is kids galore time. Perhaps early October, early Nov (before xmas rush) and January would be better times "adult times"

    moderate resorts

Thanks for the info, sounds nice...how far in advance should I try to book? This year we booked nearly 6 months in advance and we had trouble getting Riverview rooms at PORFQ. Maybe it was due to the fact that the free dining plan was being offered making WDW a little more attractive for a lot...

    moderate resorts

I agree on the price difference, is it worth it having the extra square footage in the room and a monorail service?? For period we go, last time i calculated it would have been easily $2K difference comparing staying at a moderate resort..mind you this year we have lunch at GF and wow!!! I felt...

this year we were at PORFQ between march 1 and march 12, and ya the cheer crowd was there and so were band groups and some christian groups..a lot of groups. We do not mind the pool activities, we have a 10yr daughter, they are even doing "movies in the park" this year, which is cool. It is...
