Honestly never would have even occurred to me that they would go to the trouble to pump in fog or anything like that for a photo. I'm impressed!

The photo is posted on WDWmagic as "new concept art." You're saying this is a photograph and not artwork? I disagree. I could be wrong. But how would there be haze in front of the mountains on a model...? EDIT: I was wrong! Pay no attention to the firefly behind the curtain. :)

Also, now that I'm looking at a bigger version of the model, does anyone else see what looks like boats in the water in the back left (well, more like the middle)? What could that be?

I believe it's the same formation. It just looks like a tighter, taller cluster in the model because of the angle in which the picture's taken, which makes them all line up and blend together.

Those weird pale blue figurines in the drawn concept art could be Na'vi sized. If you look at the sizes of the trees next to the people, the scale doesn't really make sense in the drawn one. but the proportions of the mountains to the trees look the same to me. And as someone else said...
