    You've stayed where....?

Done them all (and most more than once) except for two of the All-Stars. One All-Star stay was all I could handle!

    Dine with an Imagineer

The lunch is great! Well worth the price. And you get enough food to last you the rest of the day.

    meal times?

I'd been there before - they have it for some restaurants, but not others. I can't understand why Disney won't just post this on their site (but there are lot of things I wonder about their site). Thanks for trying to help, though :)

    meal times?

I looked there, but it doesn't have that information. For example, it says Tusker House serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, but it doesn't say what time one ends the next begins.

    meal times?

Does anyone know of an online resource that lists meal/operating times for WDW restaurants? For example, I know that some locations start serving lunch at 11, others at 11:30, and others not until 12:00, but I can't find this information listed anywhere. I know I can call WDW dining and find...

    DVC Sales

The number of resales on the market has certainly increased significantly, most likely due to people either needing extra cash or no longer being able to afford the annual maintenance fees. Not sure how new sales are going, especially given that they are currently selling four properties...

Club Level Boardwalk or Grand Floridian

I thought the club level at the Boardwalk was outstanding, perhaps the best of the several I've tried at WDW. It's especially nice if you get a Boardwalk view room. At least IMHO, the Grand Floridian is overpriced and overrated. Plus, I wouldn't like the inconvenience of having to walk in...

Shortest Toy Story Mania wait time you've seen...

0 minutes. Walked on with no wait. Of course, this was at the party after running the Tower of Terror 13k this past October. It was great - while everyone was riding RNRC and TOT, my brother and I went over to Toy Story and pretty much had it to ourselves. :D

    Il Mulino at Swan?

Depends on your take on Italian food. The original Il Mulino in New York is my favorite restaurant in the world. The fact that the restaurant at the Swan has the same name is a travesty, as it in no way compares to the original. If you are expecting high quality, authentic Italian food you...

For Fun--What is your favorite WDW restaurant and item on it?

The braised veal shank at Citrico's. Hands down the best meal on property.

Runners, Take Your Mark! 2009 Marathon Weekend

Training is going well for the marathon this year (in fact, it seems downright easy after the Goofy training last year). Will be running the Jacksonville half marathon this Sunday - fits right into my training regimen after the last long run last weekend. Looking forward to some cold weather...

    religious services at wdw

No disrespect intended to anyone who enjoys the service at Mary, Queen of the Universe, but I find it to be absolutely unacceptable. It's more infomercial than religious service, making it difficult for those present to experience the Mass in a reverent manner. I understand the need for...

    How is the T-Rex restaurant?

The food is pretty much the same as Rainforest. In fact, I think some of the menu items are identical, but with different names. Plan to get there early if you don't want to wait a long time, at least for the time being. Perhaps the novelty will wear off over time, but probably not, because...

    Citricos vs Narcosse's?

Agreed - Citricos is fabulous (though frankly I'd prefer that not TOO many people find out).

    Adult/Quiet Hotel

It's funny, because I've stayed at every on-property hotel (except Shades of Green) at least twice, and never had this problem. However, I found the Hilton by Downtown Disney to be absolutely horrendous as regards the problems mentioned by the OP. I agree with a previous poster that a...

The dangers of a first floor room

Just got back from a 4-night stay at the Boardwalk. Had a nice room on the first floor with a pleasant view of the courtyard between the hotel proper and the garden suites. However, there was one very strange episode that has me rethinking ever accepting a first floor room again. One night, I...

    Best Breakfast Bonanza

Absolutely agree! Finally, someone who truly understands the splendor that is the pineapple macadamia pancakes! :slurp: Much better than the good (but overrated) Tonga Toast. And I also agree that Boma is the best breakfast buffet, though I haven't tried Tusker House yet.
