Going in end-September - help me choose

Thanks @JusticeDisney . I have been to Disney 2 times at the beginning of September and it was horribly hot and humid. I am hoping for less humidity at the end of September. :cat:

Going in end-September - help me choose

I would vote for the BC. We were there in March and the refurbished rooms are lovely. I would be interested in your report on the weather at the end of September. We are planning for a trip at the end of September 2017 and my concern is the hot and humid weather. Please write a report when...

Is Poly worth the extra money??

So nice to hear. We are planing our first stay as owners of PVC for September 2017. Our plan is to book 2 studios; one for my husband and me and one for my daughter, son in law and 2 grand babies. So looking forward to the trip! The last time we stayed at the Poly, our children were 11 and...

Disney With A 15 Month Old?

In the MK, he can go on The Walt Disney World Train, Winnie the Pooh, Jungle Cruise, Prince Charming Carousel, Dumbo and It's a Small World. In Epcot, he can ride Living with the Land and Nemo and Friends . In Animal Kingdom he can do Kilimanjaro Safari. Have a Magical Trip! As far as...

    Which parks should I choose??

AK is the way to go. We brought our granddaughter when she was 22 months old and she had a blast. We actually spent 2 days there since the park closes early. She loved eating at The Rainforest Cafe. AK will not disappoint your children. :cat:

Just stayed in BLT Refurb 2 bedroom

Are all the BLT suites being refurbished? We plan a visit at the end of September 2017 and that is our first choice of places to stay. We need a 2 bedroom since we are traveling with my daughter's family. Our home resort is the Poly but we prefer a 2 bedroom over 2 studios. :cat:

Hi All.... I am a new DVC Member. AM I understanding this post. Can DVC members purchase annual passes even if they do not live in Florida. If I am doing the math correctly, my regular price for a 5 day pass without park hopper is $680 and the Disney Gold Pass which includes park hopping is...

    We own the Poly now!

Welcome home from one new DVC member to another. We bought during a March 2016 visit....100 points at The Polynesian. When we bought, our agent did not tell us that 100 points were the minimum, but he did calculate that 100 points suited our vacation habits and needs. We are as happy as can...

    How to Handle shopping bags???

There is a wonderful App that you can download on your smartphone. It is called Shop Disney Parks. All you need to do is download and add your address and link it to a credit card. When you shop in the parks or hotels, just scan the UPC code on the item into the App and decide if you want the...

Snagging a hard to get ADR

My advice to you would be to grab whatever you can and then once you have secure reservation, keep trying for what you want. People change, cancel etc so try a few times a day if you can. We had dinner at BOG last month and it was one of the best meals I have ever had in the park....maybe it...

Getting worried - Yacht versus Beach Club

We just returned from a trip and stayed at The Beach Club. I requested a king room with a full balcony, water view and we were given room 4565.....beautiful, quiet and a short walk to Epcot. That is the reason we chose The Beach Club over the Yacht Club.....proximity to Epcot and the...

Car seat rules / law in Florida?

@formie ....this is what I found. I would er on the side of caution and use a booster. Florida law requires children under 5 years of age to be properly restrained no matter where they are seated in the vehicle. Children through age 3 must be secured in a separate carrier (child safety seat)...

    where to park?

I would park at Epcot too since you will have more energy in the morning to go from parking to your destination park. At the end of the day in Epcot, you will no doubt be very tired and your car will be closer. :cat:
