Why Do People Struggle So Much With Snack Prices?

I personally don't mind paying $3 for a bottle of water when I need it. Disney is also good about letting guests bring their own bottles of water or refillable water bottles into the parks. I laughed when I read: "Mickey isn't out here because he's too busy in the back counting our money!!", all...

    News New security measures

So it looks like part of this new policy does not allow those 14+ in with costumes. I don't think this part has changed from before as it relates to regular park admission, but I wonder if it will affect anything with next year's MNSSHP?

What Things Today Would Walt Disney Have Never Done or Be Out RAGED ABOUT.

I think he would be disappointed by the lack of good show in the attractions and parks overall. Many of these boards contain recommendations for simple painting refurbishments and repair of audio anamatronics, Walt would not have tolerated a "bad show". Additionally I think he would be...

    Pepper Market

Since the buffet has gone, its now back to a serve yourself atmosphere. They did away with all of the servers so the drinks are now self serve like the other quick service restaurants. They moved the registers closer to where the food lines are and removed the ones as you exit the Pepper Market...

Will you ride the water car at the Boathouse, for 100.$ ?

I'm sure it will be a nice experience but $100 is too much for me personally. I'd rather spend it and get an entire day at a park instead of a 20 minute boat ride.

Best places to view nighttime shows without using FP seating?

The bridge in Frontierland that overlooks the Splash Mountain drop is a good place to see Mk fireworks. Frontierland in general is a pretty good place to catch MSEP also. If you don't care too much about the parade or projection show go to the beach at Poly, it's a great view for fireworks.

    JellyRolls

I peeked in last time I was thre a few weeks ago, nothing struck me as outstanding. You may want to hop into Atlantic Dance, they lifted the cover charge as of Jan 1.

Selfie sticks - is this a thing at WDW yet? Disney clarifies policy

I've seen them start to infiltrate the parks, they're really obnoxious. I can see myself getting bopped in the head by one of them. They should consider banning them from the parks as a matter of guest safety.

This year's Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade will be based around 'Frozen'

It was just ok overall, but it didn't have that same Disney feel like previous years. Biggest disappointment was seeing Santa arrive 10 minutes into the production and not saving his arrival until the end.

What is happening in the World right now?

I've been there the week of Christmas before, but these days the parks are much more crowded it seems. 40,000 in the hub is insane, I'm glad I have the seasonal pass with blackout dates.

Music that reminds you of WDW

Soundtracks like ET and Pearl Harbor remind me of Disney, especially Epcot.

This year's Disney Parks Christmas Day Parade will be based around 'Frozen'

I get the appeal to use the most popular movie and use it everywhere, but in a few years it will just be a phase like the previous movie hits. I am curious though on the new format that was mentioned, I wonder how much different it will really be. The stage looks nice but I hope that's not it...
