    It's a good strategy, one they use a lot already in Europe, sell reusable bags, charge for the plastic bags, and the plastic bags sold are usually made of recycled material of some sort already.

    There are so many working variables when it comes to a project management timeline. Build time is irrelevant to me, delays happen, which cause other delays which cause other delays which cause other delays. Get the attraction right, not rushed.

    US/Canada areas would be a rover in the area. most likely during the day time if staffing is filled. UK, the photographer hanging out with alice *should* roam around the area in between sets to grab some photos!
