Disney just doesn't half-a** rides like some other parks do. Disney's half-a**ed rides are more like three-quarter-a**ed, thankfully.

They did it for the Christmas DAH. The real reason is that they need to park cleared before the party, which means the park "closes" at 6 pm. They don't want to encourage day guests to stay in the park, which fireworks would do.

The set dressings are far too cheap-looking. 7DMT is a similar length but has fully-realized caves and a beautiful hill filled with impressive AAs. This should have been that kind of D-ticket.

If they are going to demo Odyssey, I'd rather they keep Gran Fiesta and just build a new pavilion of some sort. Location is a bit awkward since its neither in World Showcase nor (really) in whatever area of Future World Test Track is in. World Tire?

In the past, the parade could run at 9 and 11 with fireworks at 10. I imagine that will occur next summer unless ops insists on one slammed parade viewing. Let’s hope they don’t. Never mind the fact that there’s a higher risk of a rain cancellation at 9 than 11 in the summer.

It’s not as though Saludos Amigos and The Three Caballeros are beloved. At least Coco fills its cast of characters with Mexicans (even if the humans portraying them aren’t all Mexican).
