That's very pretty! It looks kind of hot and formal to me though, but if you'll feel comfortable go for it. I always wear dresses and wedges in the parks but I tend to go for knee length more casual sundresses. Personally, though it is lovely, I would feel conspicuous in that dress in a park...

We're assuming here that she has 3 children, so once her "infant" turns 3 and becomes a child her family would exceed the room capacity of 2 adults and 2 children. A child 2 or under would be allowed in the room in a pack n play and not count against the room occupancy.
