My friends and I will be visiting the Mouse, Nov.9th-17th. We're staying one night at the Polynesia, 3 at AKL, and 4 at Coronado. So excited, it's been 7 years since my last trip!!

Thanks for the advice everyone! I finally called Disney tech support, and whatever they did fixed it and now I can see all my reservations. I should have known to ask here, instead of driving myself crazy trying to figure it out :)!

I was wondering how you are able to access dining reservations online? Every time I try, it tells me the system is having trouble retrieving dining reservations. I can't figure out what I might be doing wrong!

I ordered mine the first day the commercial aired, and it came yesterday :sohappy:. As people had mentioned before, one disk is a DVD and the other is a planning CD-ROM. I haven't had a chance to watch any of it yet, but I wanted to let you all know there was hope :).
