Has anyone had trouble pulling their ADR's off of the website?

I finally have all of my ADR's done. I have moved some around, have cancelled some for another night and have added some. I did my hopefully last changes tonight. Now I want to be able to confirm they are all there and the system won't pull anything up! I am typing in the ressie #'s but it shows nothing. Has that ever happened to anyone else? :confused:

Yes, and the have always re-appeared. Are you entering your phone number as well when trying to retrieve? Once I had to call WDWDINE to confirm the ressies were still active...scary! Eventually they did show back up.

Yes, I am entering my phone number too. It is scary...... I'll have to check with them in the morning if the system doesn't come back up since WDWDINE is now closed for my area. Hopefully they are all there and scheduled correctly!

Try adding a ressie (any ressie) now...then check to see if the rest re-appear. It might work.

Tried two, nothing for dining. But it does remember my remaining balance due for the entire package......Thanks for your suggestions!

I just talked to Disney about why I can't see dining reservations. The internet department had my old mailing address. She updated that and now I can see everything!!!! I am so relieved. It's one thing for them to say they are on there but it is so much better when I can also see that too! :D

I just talked to Disney about why I can't see dining reservations. The internet department had my old mailing address. She updated that and now I can see everything!!!! I am so relieved. It's one thing for them to say they are on there but it is so much better when I can also see that too! :D

That does happen way too often...keep trying and you will be able to access. When it lets you enter a ressie number, followed by your phone number, all the reservations re-appear (usually). I have never been a victim of a lost reservation, but have sweated a few missing ones from time to time.....Doesn't it always seem to be a tough ressie that is lost?? :mad:

Try calling internet support at 407-939-7765. She asked if she could log into my profile and I gave her my email address. She looked and saw they had my old mailing address in their internet system. I had updated it when I made my reservations. She put in my correct mailing address and asked me to log out and back in again. When I logged back in I still could only see my resort only ressie so she told me what to do to get my ADR's. It's really nice....they show all you info on your itinerary. :rolleyes:

I have had this exact problem and I made a new reservation for something I knew I didnt want and had the confirmation sent to my home email and when it came, I could click on the "my reservations" part of the confirmation email I received and all that I had made reappeared.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I finally called Disney tech support, and whatever they did fixed it and now I can see all my reservations.

I should have known to ask here, instead of driving myself crazy trying to figure it out :)!

They were so helpful when I called them. I just wish I would have done it a month ago! This place is great!

Disney dining website is notoriously inconsistent. I can often not retrieve my info, sometimes I get a list and then it all appears with a little photo and everything laid out nicely. But I have never had anything actually disappear off the system, the reservations have always been there somewhere in the depths.

Somewhere in the depths is a nice way to phrase....I haven't experienced a total loss/not recovered yet, have sweated more than necessary a few times.
