I haven't tried it yet but I'm looking forward to trying the pineapple & coconut cupcake from Boardwalk Bakery next visit.

My friends and I are here in Disney now, and we are having an awesome time. The only disappointing thing is that a lot of the cupcakes I wanted to try are not available. The seasonal cupcakes are out instead and they are all boringly the same, pumpkin ect. The s'mores one at Wilderness Lodge was awesome though!

I had that problem too, @leaf44. I actually didn't have a single cupcake during our 11-day trip. I wanted to try the s'mores cupcake, but Roaring Fork was out every time we stopped by. Today is apparently National Vanilla Cupcake Day, though, so maybe I'll try to find one here at MCO before we fly home.

I'm pretty sure you can find the red velvet cupcake in other places but I got one at Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary Resort. So delicious!
