This is the way it was working when I was there at the end of October. It would sometimes even let you book another slot even if you had used your earlier booking. it was still in testing phase though.

It's not just the weather. The people have a different attitude to life. Britain, Germany or the Low Countries would have all had much the same weather and transport links, but they would have had a population who already spend a lot of time and money in theme parks.
