We've eaten dinner the a few times. Different meal, but same restaurant. We've always had good meals there. Is it the best restaurant on property? Definitely not. But it's good and gets the job done. Never had any issues with the service or cleanliness and the food was always good.

We have only had dinner there, twice. We had awesome experiences both times and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service.

Just walk through Future World to WS, hanging to the right (Canada way) as the exit to the Boardwalk area is to that side. If you're heading there from Soarin, depending on how fast you can move and the condition of those in your party, it shouldn't more than 20 minutes. Probably shorter.
