I agree that we have Pooh overkill at WDW, but it would sure be nice to replace them with other fun characters. During construction of Pocatar Land, there won't be many characters or attractions available. Bring on the DJ dance shows, huh?

Tarzan's costume would hinder him from permanent meets. If Flynn builds 3 hr lines, Tarzan would create a zoo. As asianway said, just training.

I've heard that Pooh characters won't leave the boat dock until the new m&g area is completed. He will at least remain at the dock until fall season is completed. Also heard that Stitch isn't going away any time soon, but will be relocated in Epcot. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
