Seven Dwarfs Mine Train (too short of a ride to wait that long), Peter Pan (first, good luck finding it to be 30 minutes and even though its a classic, not one of my favorites), and Jungle Cruise (3rd one was a tough one - it was between Jungle Cruise and BTMR) are my 3 choices.

September is the time to go. Less crowds and lower humidity. And if you can go late September to hit the Food and Wine Festival, I highly recommend it.:hungry:
