Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

OK, I’ll play. This could be fun… The entrances from big thunder area could become Tattooine. They could even add a little bit of Tattooine on the Big Thunder side of the portal closest to Fantasyland since it has some empty space. This would be a concession that they are dropping the heavy...

News Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

If 1850-1900 themed Haunted Mansion can reside in 1770’s Liberty Square, then I guess not on the inside.

News Cars-Themed Attractions at Magic Kingdom

As Star Trek demonstrates, a frontier is a place where none have gone before. A place with resources to use to better your life. A national park where plenty of tourists regularly visit, and is protected against development is the opposite of a frontier. Entrepreneurial Tiana fits the name...

News Red Car Trolley to close in early 2025

Darn it. They really hate atmospheric people moving attractions, don’t they?

Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

It would be cool if at the end of the ride you travel back to the same time and place you departed from, so you will see yourself and everyone in your vehicle briefly before they takeoff to have the adventure you just had. A little riff on the tradition taking your picture and showing it to you...

Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

Who was it that I heard… Someone was saying that the avengers ticket will have TWO animatronics. If that’s true, I sure hope one of them is the Hulk gripping your vehicle (as seen in the concept art). Was hoping for more though.

Will Disneyland Park get a new ride for its 75th Anniversary?

Again, wanting to “go big” on an anniversary year with huge new attractions is asking for lower attendance the year before. Better to spread the reasons to attend out. It’s not what I personally want, it just makes business sense. It’s like Costco being full of Christmas decorations on...

Will Disneyland Park get a new ride for its 75th Anniversary?

I know it’s counterintuitive, but don’t they view anniversaries as a reason to draw people already? Why open a new attraction when there’s a good anniversary going on? Open it on the off years.

Avengers Campus: E-Watch! (Waiting on the new ride)

The arms stay put. The “Hero Profiles” are just in the various ways the arms swing you - there’s probably some specific hero audio to go with it. That’s all. But I love it this way. It is literally Tony Stark’s Teacups, but it’s slick and technologically sophisticated rather than carny. I...

Rumor Hall of Presidents Replaced by Muppets American History Show???

You know what would be better than a Muppet History Show? A Muppet History RIDE.

Changes to Peter Pan's Flight at Magic Kingdom

So… the Indians weren’t completely removed? I’d call this a win.

Is The 2020's Disneyland Resort's Lost Decade???

I think they want to continue the good relations they’ve worked to build with Anaheim. Things like “Downtown Disney Redevelopment” “Giant New Parking Structure,” “New Transportation Systems” “Walking Bridges,” “Reclaimed Streets” etc, all that will have its day in the sun (probably within a...

Rumor Hall of Presidents Replaced by Muppets American History Show???

American Adventure is superior to Hall of Presidents. You don’t need both. I’ve been on Team Replace HoP for decades.

News Avatar Experience coming to Disneyland Resort

I suspect the eastern gateway is coming fast, but without the moving of monorail track. REMOVAL, yes. Moving no. After seeing how brazen they are willing to be (with replacing the RoA in MK with Cars) and simultaneously how cowardly (not announcing the location on stage), I would no longer...

News Avatar Experience coming to Disneyland Resort

That’s out of date concept art. The big box was for the original Quinjet ride. It’s not in the new concept art.

Magic Kingdom to lose ROA, Riverboat, and TSI for Cars Land

So, what’s the over/under on one of the Villains attractions being the actual thing that takes out motorboat cruise? I’m talking around 2032, you know, after Florida’s version has opened and has had time to exhibit what the fan favorite / operations favorite attraction is?

News Villains Land Announced for Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom

If it's just an "All the Villains" coaster, then if we zip by Ursula for one portion it won't matter much. But yeah, I prefer Hades.

News Villains Land Announced for Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom

And then there's this... So, I'm gonna guess one is Maleficent's Coaster and the one underwater is Ursula's Coaster. The question is, are those the two major attractions, or is that one attraction, with like, two track options? Or maybe just one long coaster?
