So my guess is that before Disneyland even starts talking about a third park they need to address some issues. Is it most likely that Disneyland will start talking about a third park after they build more hotels, parking, add a car trolley system, and add expansions in both parks?

Spirit, how long is the Frozen stuff going to be at dca? The Disneyland management should be spending their money on trying to come up with a permanent attraction for Frozen instead of cheap, short term and quick attractions.

My guess is that Disney goes the cheap route and rethemes Goofy Sky School into a new Frozen ride. Unless they want it to be a boat ride like Maelstrom, than they could just add a Frozen theme on to Grizzly River Run. It's not like Grizzly River Run is actually themed to anything.
