The ride definitely needs some TLC. They also need to rename it back to CTX and drop the Dinosaur movie tie ins because quite frankly no one even remembers that movie anymore.

I wouldn't say the days of original non-franchise driven attractions are over. Just get the right person in charge who favors creativity and originality over the bottom line and those days can be here again.

Count me in as one of the people who doesn't mind the movie tie-ins. I think they're unobstrusive and well done for what could've been. Having that said, Dl's version is far superior. And WDW's version pales even more considering how bad of shape its in.
