True. The portion sizes always seem a bit small for the money. When we go, we don't sample even half of what's available mainly due to the pricing. Those potato pancakes w/ lox though. Mmmmmm

Nine Dragons is equivalent to your local, sit-down Chinese Restaurant. And the theming really isn't that special either. Save your money and go elsewhere. It's the weakest of all the Showcase restaurants.

Special attention to this as it is an actual brewery at Boardwalk & is accessible from Epcot's International Gateway. Food is average, but the beer is tasty. Had a pleasant conversation with the (master?) brewer there once.

It is a very quick timeline. Something else to consider: Building EPCOT is also the type of work that brings multiple national companies into an area, that have more resources to throw around. Building Tron and other current projects is more of a job for local/regional construction companies...

Though it isn't for everyone, Victoria & Albert's is great for a romantic dinner. My wife and I did it after getting married at the Swan. Amazing food, an optional wine paring, and a live harp. Warning: If you go once, you'll most likely want to go again and it isn't cheap.
