    I'm a few pages late with this, but I noticed in recent advertisements for 30% off Disney rooms, that they referred to the transportation as "complimentary". All I could think was that they were considering not-"complimentary" transportation in the near future.

    Yes and no. Vents at the bottom and top will create a chimney effect, and vent the cabins (a little), even when they're not moving. It's not going to be comfortable, but should remain tolerable, even when stopped.
