Two years! Hubby is looking at condo's with everything provided....no more yard work, gutter work, keeping up the painting ( over 27 foot high) me....on a ladder....no more. And so many other things....hubby is keeping up with the driveway, and gutters. But he hates being on a ladder...

Us too. We don't have the bin, yet but by the time it comes around we are giving almost everything away. Getting ready to move and downsize to little. We will be donating all furniture to Salvation Army and driving away with the clothes on our backs. I hope we go where we won't need boots...

I love the balcony rooms, the mornings are wonderful. We get out of our cabin early, and come back mid morning...the room is cleaned and sitting on the balcony is so nice!

It must be fun, to see what is new for the holiday's. I'm thinking of doing that to my Christmas tree...onward to New Years and Valentines Day.....
