If you had to skip one park on your trip, which would it be?

We make lots of shorter trips so excluding a park or two is a reality. Animal Kingdom is just a short day for us - we are done by lunch, so it gets cut a lot if we don't have time to hop. If we have to cut two - it gets into how much time we got at DHS or Epcot on the last trip. Epcot...

Which Table Sevice restaurants should be avoided?

You'll get lots of varying opinions: I loved Ohana for breakfast & had a great experience at Rose and Crown. I had a bad experience at Coral Reef - food ok, service terrible, atmosphere A+ I have never had a bad experience at Prime Time 50s or 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian!

    Tips From a Seasoned Veteran

One side note - if you are FL lovers (Dumbo and Peter Pan at the top of the list), I'd start with FL and work the other way round to Adventureland. We usually do this during EMH and have Fantasyland to ourselves for about 2 hours. We ride everything twice (but skip Philharmagic - as this is a...

    Second doubts about solo trip!

Another post - just a thought as I was reading. I want to do a Disney Cruise next year, but doing the single thing. Would anybody be interested in doing a Disney Singles travel group?

    Second doubts about solo trip!

I did one semi-solo trip like you are doing and had a blast. I met up with my sister from her convention in the evenings. I saw sooo much and did fun stuff. The CMs were great - if I started wishing I had company I'd just start a conversation. I got a lot of extra attention being a solo that...

How to keep 3 year old excitied for first WDW trip

We did Disney night once a month for the kids. It seems they know so much about the movies - but we forget they might not know the classics - Peter Pan, Song of the South, Snow White, etc. We did a special treat and a movie night (didn't mention the parks much - just had fun). They loved the...

    Rose And Crown Experiences?!?!?

Best Illuminations ever! We had fish and steak and chips with Sticky Toffee pudding - yum with the best view and seat - yeah! We've had in many years. Wonderful service too!

What are the little known items you love at WDW

Old topic - new thread. Reopening a classic - hope you don't mind. I'm making a very short trip next run - but it will be my 11th so any fix is good :) Wondering what are the little secret items that make your trips unique and special? The little items only WDW vets know or have discovered...

    MNSSHP - Nov 1 Questions

Thanks this is great info! We are actually considering saving some money and getting a 2 day/2 park ticket for Saturday/Monday and just doing the party on Sunday (sleep in, go to the pool or DTD - things we never take time for). If we can get in and start riding at 4pm we might do this . . . .

    MNSSHP - Nov 1 Questions

Hi all! This is my first Halloween at WDW and have a few questions. We will be doing the party on the 1st (Sunday). How are crowds on this night? I know it is sold out the night before so hoping it is slower. . . . For the parade - how long do you need to camp out if you want to be on the...

    Mnsshp

Thanks guys! - Facing the challenge, WDW with party for $600 or less - including everything for 3 days plus airfare. The no park hopping should put me over - as long as we get the extra night in MK for the party all should be good!

    Mnsshp

Trying to get to one this year - question do you have to have regular park admission on top of the party that day? Thinking about not doing a park hopper this time - AHHH (not sure if I'll make it LOL). But would like to do Animal Kingdom that morning and then the party that night - could we...

    Coronado Springs Questions

We stayed in 9B in December. This is the Cabanas section and loved this building! It is steps from the bus stop, a quick walk over the bridge to the main pool, and very close to the main building and marina. The rooms had been recently redone and were very nice. This building is eventually...

    Coronado Springs: Seeking Suggestion

Try this site for even more pics and information - it is the unofficial fan site of the resort. We stayed in December and were in Cabanas 9B - highly suggest that building - convenient to everything and the remodel is complete rooms are beautiful http://coronado_springs.tripod.com/

    help me pleaseeeeeeee

OP - you will want to try the WDW posts. I'd suggest checking out the suites at Port Orleans or look at adjoining rooms at an All-Star first. Coronado has some good deals for a moderate and it's very quiet - but not very "Disney" and you have long walks to the main building and buses if you...

    OMG I cant believe it!!!!!!

90 days on GK - I'll be there spring break and had my choice of times. I also like that I didn't have to give them a credit card and have cancellation policies on my character meal! Nice change from WDW on that.

    Ride Info Needed

Thanks everybody! The guidebooks kept referencing the Aladdin "tickets" - thank goodness we don't have to worry about those. Good to know Nemo is calming down at night. RideMax has it at a 45 minute wait showing for evening on the days we're there - March 14-16 start of spring breaks so...
