Yes, that REALLY does like look like a cool coaster. Now that is "thinking outside the Box". That is the kind of tecnoglogy that Disney used to be known for. It would really be great if Disney built a coaster like the Cantilevered Coaster System. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the info. If that is the case perhaps the "mountain" if we are still taking about a "mountain' may not have full depth and might be tall but would be pretty flat on the backside which we would not see from World Showcase. In that case maybe they could build an elevator shaft ride...

    New Rumor

I am just trying to get people to think outside the box. Even if they build a mountain (with an attraction inside) behind Japan it does not mean that attraction needs to be a coaster. How about a different type of flight simulator where the guests wear 3 D glasses and the mountain starts to...

Or if they build a mountain it might have a dark iride n it or a ride that is kind of like the Spaceship Earth ride, a Horizones type ride or a World of Motion type of ride. I am talking about the way the ride could be laid out not the actual remaking the old rides. Just my 2 cents.

Maybe a coaster that is suspended. Perhaps a coaster that is suspended part of the time and uses the traditional track the other part of the time. Or a coaster that you stand up while riding. Those are just a few unique ideas that WDW has not used yet but they may have used in other parks...

Two questions? Are they going to build a Meet the World attraction like the one desciped in the following link?: Are they closing CoP and moving it to Epcot to house the Meet the World attraction? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meet_the_World Meet the World was an attraction at...

I think World could mean anywhere on the property of Walt Disney World. Other than that I have no clue. My first thought was the new tower at the CR. I am hoping that is really going to be a new attraction or one of the original resorts that was planned before WDW opened. Merf ---Could you...

    Cheapest Disney Resort for 6

Just an FYI For comparison, the price of a Family Suite is $9-11 more then 2 Standard Rooms, or $13-15 less the 2 Preferred Rooms, depending on season. Also a fridge is included in AS Suite. Fridges cost $10 a night to rent when staying at a value . Don't forget the Queen size...

    Incredibles to replace COP?

I understand some guests think that CoP's last scene is dated but if you listen to the introduction the CoP is about progress in the 20th century. The last scene is supposed to be set in the late 1990's with the most advanced technology that was avalible before the turn of the century.---...

What is the deal with HISTA?

The mice! The shrieks of the audience! The dog sneezing at the end and the reaction of the unsuspecting guests! Yes, that is what makes that show entertaining even today. For those of us who have seen it many times it does seem kind of dated. But most families who are visiting for the first...

    Wheelchairs, Injuries, Lines...

Disney started mainstreaming most of their lines in the late 1990's. Those in WC/EVC will usually enter in the regular line. You will be able to stay in the WC until just before boarding most of the time. Sometimes the WC (and up to 5 members of your party) may be pulled from the mainstream line...
