Is attendance really down at WDW this or…

If, once the ride is first sent round and tested etc it takes 1 hour to do, then surely the ride staff need to be in at 6am making sure the ride is fully functioning by the time the Parks paying guests arrive. I'm getting the distinct feeling Disney is cutting maintenence staff hours down and...

A morning isn't a day....Universal and IOA till mid afternoon...back to the hotel shower, rest, eat then back to a Disney park.

And Disney are incapable of getting staff in early to test these rides before their parks open? Id see that as a duty....people are paying a premium and so Disney should make it their duty to ensure these rides are tested 2 hours before a park opens so they can attend to any issues BEFORE the...

I did get a usefully snippet from the cast members who said to never queue up after a rain delay for Hagrids as Intamins schedule for restart after rain stoppage is 45 minutes long, on top of the queue time.

Yep, and that is the reason why we know the 'delayed openings' are pre planned and done for very good reason by Disney. ToT was delayed for the first hour - was that a genuine 'mechanical issue' again at park open? Or yet again just what Disney do at park open. Because it's very very often the...

Because for 16 days I've been rope dropping Disney parks as a resort guest and so I've seen how the MDE Tip Board looks like before and after the official opening time in the parks.

Nothing to do with experience it's fact...if a ride is before park opening it says in grey 'standby line not currently offered'...if the ride is down it says in red 'Temporarily cloaed'. That's jist how the system works, not my, yours, or anyone else's 'experience' To be honest, Disney don't...

It's actually yourself who has misunderstood the app. If a ride hasn't opened yet, it will show a Genie time and a standby lane greyed out. If a ride is down/delayed opening a red warning note shows above where the time would be. As a say, people need to understand the system before comment8ng...

Is attendance really down at WDW this or…

Dear me...the rides are all opened to early guests 30 minutes before the parks open officially. ONLY the ones with technical issies/delayed opening will be the ones down and a red message saying so. If it isn't open they don't need to put 'ride down for technical issues, they just grey the wait...

Never seen it while I've ever been in the parks. And if it is, it's a very very rare occurrence...these delayed opening on rides is a daily occurance- we've only noticed these patterns because we've been so many times. Those doing the parks 9n one day only problem do think 'it's one of those...

It's not the no standby it's the 'temporarily closed'..which means the ride isn't open. They will never take the G+ option away as they want people to buy G+ when the rides are down as the wait times on everything else will sky rocket making people think they need G+

You certainly don't need to look for problems..they are there in front of your very eyes, and in great number.

....im not talking about the no standby, its the "temporarily closed' that's the point...dear me. Disney really have brainwashed people to not see what in front of their faces.

And opinions like this "stuff happens" is exactly why Disney get away with it.....stuff only happens if you don't organise properly. The major rides should have engineers testing the ride 2 hours before the park opens.. not at 8am. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for a ride to not open...

The BIG problem is, uneducated people are getting screwed over and thi king it's just one 9f those things...when Disney plan to delay opening their rides to make more money. When Rise is 'delayed opening' it increases wait times elsewhere, makes people buy G+ and LL+ and also pushed people into...

Is the future bleak for Disneyworld, Disneyland, etc?

If they continue to screw over their paying customers while making things more expensive while providing half the experience, then they may well suffer...self inflicted as well.

News Soarin' Over California returning to EPCOT for a limited time

A California theme only in Soarin and Epcot makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
