Loving your trip report! Even though I just got back from a Disney World trip only a few weeks ago, I find that I'm already suffering withdrawl. Trip reports like yours help with that. I've never been to Pop Century or even Art of Animation, so I really appreciate seeing your photos of it.

I think it's amazing how powerfully music can be in stirring up memories and taking you back to the past so vividly to reexperience such wonderful times. For me, this truly makes the Disney resort music magical.

Honestly, I’d direct that question to the airlines. Disney won’t care what you bring, but the only restrictions I can think of would be what you’re allowed to fly with.

I've never stayed at AKL, but my feeling is there isn't a bad hotel on Disney property to have an adult's only trip.

I gave the lead to Pirates, but I happily admit that both attractions are first rate rides. Even WDW's version of POTC.

I don't have any particular advice, per se, other than have a blast. Solo trips can be the BEST at Disney. Just do exactly what you want with no guilt. Get up when you want, set your own schedule and to do list. Eat where you want, when you want. Stop when you want. You get the idea. Port...
