The Beach Boys recently came to do a show in my area at the end of May. My sister and I went. The only original members still touring in that group are Mike Love and Bruce Johnston (I know he isn't original-original, but close); this is the group that John Stamos tours with occasionally but he wasn't there (we were sad). Anyway, it was an entertaining show but also a little sad to see, it was really hard for Mike Love to walk around on stage and his vocals were a bit off. It was nice to see a semblance of the band perform again but I don't think I would see them again, I think I'll let the memory of other shows I've seen take top place in my memory. In the 90's-early 2000's my mom and I had gone to many Beach Boys concerts together, we were both big fans, they had played at her high school's homecoming dance once and I was super jealous of that. I think the Beach Boys were the best Rock 'n Roll band to come out of the 1960's and their music doesn't get enough credit.

I wouldn't say they were my favorite but I'm glad I saw them several times including on the beach in Atlantic City and 100% agree with them being under appreciated

My sister loves them and she was thinking about going to the NYC concert coming up but she's gone to many before. Though maybe it's because of John Stamos. I like the Beach Boys too.

I don't like concerts. Too loud and singers don't sound the same. Though I wouldn't mind seeing Bastille in concert. I would say Oasis or Fleetwood Mac but I don't want to spend a million dollars for a concert.

I think the cost issue with concerts really started with the Eagles. If I remembered right, the Eagles were the first band to have tickets that cost at least $100.00 a ticket back in the mid 90s.
