A half dozen Sharknados, a couple Megs, Sharks under Paris, all the Jaws… it’s a popular subject.
Don't forget the highly regarded, 8-time Oscar winning motion picture classic

How many shark movies are there?
IMDB lists 183 Shark movies.A half dozen Sharknados, a couple Megs, Sharks under Paris, all the Jaws… it’s a popular subject.
That’s too many shark movies. What will it take to get some alligator and crocodile movies?
Funny you should mention that (it hasn't been updated in awhile) -That’s too many shark movies. What will it take to get some alligator and crocodile movies?![]()
I can think of a movie that should be added to this list. A few years ago I saw a trailer for a movie where a family got stuck in their house which was flooding because of a hurricane and alligators were coming in with the water and they had to avoid being eaten. Or at least that’s how I remember the trailer.Funny you should mention that (it hasn't been updated in awhile) -

Alligator and Crocodile Movies !!!!
Feel free to add your comments or suggestions. And if you find any Gator or Croc movies missing by all means let me know :)www.imdb.com
I have zero interest in either reading the book or watching this movie, but am fascinated by the process by which the book became a movie and is now being heavily litigated in and out of the court of public opinion.List of recent movies based on books (this doesn't even mention all the streaming movies/shows based on books) -

Way too many crappy CGI ones in recent years. How many shark movies are there?
Is it not still a thing?Dang I miss shark week.
It's the best movie of the year so far, so the success is deserved. Anyone that wants to support good ORIGINAL content at the theaters should go see it!Sinners ended up with $48 million for the weekend and $64 million as of yesterday
Looks to be a genuine word-of-mouth hit that's overperforming (both in terms of box office and critical/audience reaction) for an original R-rated horror movie.
I’m sure there will be a decent amount of repeat business before it loses IMAX screens next weekend. What’s crazy is it’s losing Dolby theaters this weekend for Accountant 2.Sinners ended up with $48 million for the weekend and $64 million as of yesterday

Well we've had Snakes On A Plane, so coming out with a new sci-fi/horror called Sharks In The Loo isn't too far-fetched.My mom watched it in theaters as a 19/20 year old and wouldn't even sit on the toilet afterwards.
Pretty woman is overrated….I find that film is more morally bankrupt then Anora…. As it presents itself as a romantic comedy…. I can see the comparisons as Anora is probably the more realistic as they type of person who would rent a working girl…. But Anora is so much deeper than just that…. It is surprisingly funny in the 2nd half as wellView attachment 855191
I think I'd rather watch Pretty Woman.

The comparison didn’t even occur to me while I was watching it. Sure, it’s there in the most basic sense, but they’re entirely different sorts of films. The hero in this case (though it’s not that kind of story) is Anora herself. From the reviews I've read, it is a grittier, modern-day version of Pretty Woman. At least in Pretty Woman, the "hero" was a good guy.

Most people would use and understand the phrase “code of standards” with some sort of ethical implication. It wasn't meant to be an insult. You’re a different person from me. You have your code of standards. I have mine.
Agreed, Anora left me feeling emotionally devastated. It has a completely different aim than Pretty Woman as a film. The comparison didn’t even occur to me while I was watching it.
