Did you forget about The Amateur… it is a 20th Century film which is Disney produced
I had no idea! I always forget about 20th Century Studios. Although, there was a news item just a few days ago on NPR about Burbank consolidating all of its employees at the old 20th Century Fox lot near Century City over the hill to the Burbank campus, and cancelling the lease on the old 20th Century Studios lot, and in that news item it mentioned The Amateur. So you would have thought that would have reminded me.
But it's not good real estate news for LA's faltering economy and soaring office and commercial vacancy rates.

It had a production budget of $60 Million, so assuming a very modest marketing budget of $30 Million, it's going to need to get to around $180 Million globally to break even.
After only making $33 Million in its first weekend, it doesn't look like it will break even.
The Amateur: $60 Production, $30 Marketing, $10 Domestic, $7 Overseas = $73 Million Loss and shrinking

Disney plans to vacate storied Fox lot in Century City by year's end
Disney's lease for space on Fox's Pico Boulevard compound in Los Angeles expires next March. The company has no plans to renew its lease and plans to vacate by year's end, Disney insiders said.
