Do we think we will ever see Charita and Carmen lead a project again?
We’re supposedly entering a Golden Age of expansion and their names aren’t publicly attached to any of the big projects that have been announced or are underway.Do we think we will ever see Charita and Carmen lead a project again?
They're just giving them a chance to rest after the successful completion of a major project. We’re supposedly entering a Golden Age of expansion and their names aren’t publicly attached to any of the big projects that have been announced or are underway.
I think for a C/D ticket level attraction they could be fine leading again, but Heaven forbid they're given an attraction on the caliber of Splash to change again.Do we think we will ever see Charita and Carmen lead a project again?
DTA (Disney's Tiana Adventure) opening 2036Knowing Disney, they would probably give Charita & Carmen an entire theme park to design.

No. They served their purpose for Disney.Do we think we will ever see Charita and Carmen lead a project again?
Honestly, after riding Bayou Adventure it appears to me that they’re not done with that project.Do we think we will ever see Charita and Carmen lead a project again?
The change to Tiana was a “necessary downgrade” for social justice and somebody had to do it so I hope their next assignment would not depend on how well Tiana does.It depends how the project is viewed internally. We might see it as a creative failure, but by Disney’s metrics I suspect it’s sufficiently boosting food/merch and Lightning Lane sales.
I've walked on Tiana more often than waiting in line. And I've encountered it down more often than that. Not sure how many LL's are being used for TBA.It depends how the project is viewed internally. Haven’t waited in line once for this thing and I’ve been on nearly 6 times alreadyI've walked on Tiana more often than waiting in line. And I've encountered it down more often than that. Not sure how many LL's are being used for TBA.
I also wonder if the fact the brand new ride is in less than stellar shape isn't helping.I think the newness has worn off now and people aren't as willing to ride in the winter anymore and get wet.

Yup. If this was hit out of the park there would still be lines. It only took it 2 months to become a "cool-down in the summer" ride. For sure. Saw that coming from a mile away. MKs have no incentive to get on that thing after the first ride or two back in October/ November. If Splash wasn’t worth the drenching in the winter for most people towards the end of its life than TBA sure isn’t. Of course TBA is new so if they had done their job right it probably would still be getting a decent queue.
How DARE you?I've walked on Tiana
HM was 55 when I rode Sunday. And then was a walk-on 10-midnight, but I call that up to the fact it was down for hours. Splash was down from when I got there at noon and whenever I passed by it. It was open around 10:30 when I got off HM, and had zero line. The were sitting single riders in their own logs. It was still a walk on when I got walked out of Pooh around 11. But at that point, honestly every ride I encountered was a walk on. Pirates, Indy, Jungle Cruise, Tiana. Each one I rode completely alone. It was eerie.WTH? Last Wednesday TBA was 70 minutes and HM was 65. Is it me?
Honestly this isn't unusual to have many or even all rides on the west side being walk on (especially in January) after night time entertainment. I remember one visit where I just rode BTMRR like 10 times in a row during the last couple hours (only getting off and running around to get back on) of the day.HM was 55 when I rode Sunday.
