Do keep trying. Disney has a 24 hour cancellation policy or there is a $10 per person charge if not cancelled by 11:59 pm the previous day. Since there is no reason to keep a reservation you won't use and the possibility of forgetting it and getting popped many people cancel. Good luck

You have to keep trying as anything can happen. Same with me when I booked a guest a POR in the Royal rooms I was told no discounts. I kept on trying and asking and 6 weeks ago I was able to get her a discount. Just keep at it.
