I didn't say streaming affected attendance at parks. I was just mentioning it to show that the general attitude towards the Disney brand is pretty negative right now.

I've seen similar stories about small park crowds from local reporters as well. Disney has a bunch of things going against it right now. They've priced themselves out of reach for many middle class families, the bad publicity over pulling a comedian's show, boycotts by special interest groups...

COVID is spiking in Florida right now. Add in the confusion and unpopularity of vaccines as well and you have a serious situation brewing. Hand sanitizing is a must. If I were going to WDW this fall, I'd consider masking up.

I see no problem with wearing mouse ears anywhere you want if you're so inclined and adventurous. Is it any different than wearing a trucker's hat with your favorite team's logo?

I've never been a huge fan of TT, but this version looks to be pretty good. But what's with the pile of rocks around the entrance sign? Too cheap for plants or a water feature?

I hate to see the island go. It was a nice restful place to take a break.

The Preview Center was open in 1970. While visiting family in St. Pete Beach, we drove over to visit it. I still have the literature from the Center packed away somewhere .
