    Catering to the Uber Rich

They don't bike on the ship. It's a river cruise, and the bikers meet the ship at the next stop. Why the sad reaction? It's not as if they are forced to do this - the bikers are enjoying themselves! :)

    Catering to the Uber Rich

Also, not having to move from one hotel to another is a plus. We're thinking of booking a family cruise (we're all adults) on a line that is known for having biking available. People can do and see what they prefer, and socialize at dinner each night.

I think I'll lock this thread until there are any changes in policy at WDW.

Disney to announce overhaul of DL Tomorrowland at D23?

Exactly. People have strayed way off topic. ;)

Fight over Disney fireworks show leaves woman suffering from a brain bleed. Happened on May 9th, finally was resolved.

AFIAK, if they are FL residents, their "homestead" is protected from a forced sale (with some exceptions, such as a loan on the home, or mechanics liens, or, of course, property taxes, etc) so other assets, such as cars, savings, etc could be seized - but not their home. Disney Bride & Groom Forego Catering, Host Mickey & Minnie instead

Maybe people are trying to discourage others from doing the same thing, thinking this is generally OK. "I wonder if I could use the catering money that Mom & Dad gave me for a designer gown instead - I've always dreamed of being married wearing a Vera Wang gown. It will make me so, so happy...

Disney Bride & Groom Forego Catering, Host Mickey & Minnie instead

Perhaps they could have only had one character session, and used the other fee to provide punch and cookies to their guests instead? With Disney prices it could well cost $2700. The time of the wedding was not mentioned, and many weddings are held earlier than park opening. Maybe guests could...

News Disney transforms Magic Kingdom's famous purple wall to celebrate PRIDE Month at Walt Disney World and will donate merch profits to support LGBTQIA+

I don't intend to stay up all night trying to keep this thread from going off course, so I will lock it and unlock it in the morning. Everyone should take a little breather.
