It reads as if the name of the restaurant is Tiffins Brown Derby. If that is correct, no problem. If you are talking about two different restaurants a comma - but preferably and - is needed. It isn't obvious. Especially if you are posting a list with other names with commas separating them.

The correct response would be to say "oops, it was a typo." Then go back and correct it. Not respond with a snarky remark.

I volunteered as a zoo docent decades ago, so I may appreciate Animal Kingdom more than the average guest. One has to move at a slower pace to truly savor the experience.
