Exactly. Low lying areas near bodies of water, including ditches, will have flooding. Not wash your house away flooding, but streets will be covered flooding. Some people may have water enter their houses - but again, not wash away the whole house flooding. Trees and roof damage will also be...

Thank you. As I said, not everyone in those counties is under the mandatory evacuation order - just those in certain zones. But it will still be unpleasant for those in other zones who stay, so many people will be evacuating by choice.

Many people will be taking I-75 north to GA, or I-10, or to 301, and heading to JAX, AL or GA. Not everyone will be heading to Orlando on I-4.

Perhaps instead of arguing about what DAS should or should not be, we should concentrate on whether it is or is not working - with posts from actual users, if possible.
